Kayak Excursions and Rentals - Imagine paddling up a quiet creek at sunset or landing your kayak on a tranquil peninsula to find a sumptuous clambake awaiting you. These are but a few of the offerings of East Coast Adventure Tours, the Noyac-based kayak excursion company that will not only create the perfect excursion but specializes in adventures for children and families. Group and individual kayak rental rates are available. Rentals start at $13 per hour. Beginning weekends in May, and continuing seven days a week from June through the fall, East Coast Adventures offers an array of magical tours including:

Captain Kid Treasure Hunt Tour - Enjoy a kayak ride to an unknown and mysterious place, including deciphering an elaborate map and riddle solving, then hunting and scouring of the brush and at last (we hope), the treasure. This tour costs $20 per adult and $15 for each child.

Critter Creek Tour - This one-hour tour is for parents and children 3 years old and up. A double kayak takes you on an intricate tour of Noyac's Mill Creek in hopes of capturing crabs, minnows and other small sea life with nets. This tour costs $20 per adult and $15 per child.

Clambake Tours - Kayak for an hour and then relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor - dine on lobster, clams, oysters and more. Prices for this tour vary according to market rates. Children's rates available. Advance registration necessary for this tour.

Sunset Tours - Select a location, invite the gang and paddle across the bay into the sunset. All sunset tours can be followed by appetizers or a raw bar for an additional fee. Priced accordingly.

Wildlife Photography Tours - Create your own tour agenda or go with East Coast's favorite locations.

Overnight Camping Trips - East Coast supplies the gear and all the essentials, you just choose one of the many near-by spots.
