Swimming

The East Hampton Town Parks and Recreation Department offers summer swimming instruction at four different town beaches beginning in late June and running through the third week in August.

Children must be 3 years old and above to participate. Classes are offered at four different levels of ability from beginner and guppy levels to intermediate and advanced swimmer status.

The beach locations are:

• Maidstone Park Beach in East Hampton
• Alberts Landing Beach in Amagansett
• Havens Beach in Sag Harbor
• South Lake Drive Beach in Montauk

Registration will take place at the beach on the first day of the program. There is no fee for this program.
