Submit an Event for the Calendar

We have upgraded the events calendar function to appear also on the home page as an RSS feed thereby giving upcoming events even greater visibility.

To expedite the posting of your event please follow these guidielines:

• Keep it short and simple

• Include only the important stuff:


   -Title, When, What, Where, Contact, Website

• As appropriate - include fees, restrictions, etc.

TIP:
The RSS feed on the home page displays only the DATE, TITLE and about 5 lines of text (about 25 words). So when submitting your event, try to fit the most important info into those 5 lines. See how events display in the feed.

Of course, on the calendar itself, your event will appear in its entirety as submitted.

To protect your privacy, your name and email address will not appear on the calendar listing unless it is included as part of the copy in the Event Details box below.
